Pre-Approval Screening

Before a kitten can be reserved, we ask each family to complete this home suitability screening. Approved families can then continue to the full application and reservation request.

What We Screen For

Indoor-only placement and daily family interaction

Commitment to routine and emergency veterinary care

Agreement not to declaw, breed, or place the kitten outdoors

Safe, stable living conditions for a companion kitten

Alignment with breeder-first rehoming expectations

1. Do you plan to allow the kitten to live outdoors or roam freely outside?
2. Do you plan to declaw the kitten at any point in the future?
3. Do you intend to breed this kitten or use it for any breeding purposes?

All kittens are already spayed or neutered and are sold strictly as companion pets.

4. Do you believe you may delay or avoid routine veterinary care such as vaccinations, wellness visits, or medical treatment if needed?
5. Do you believe you may be unable to afford necessary veterinary care if the kitten becomes sick or injured?
6. Would you consider surrendering, selling, or rehoming the kitten without first contacting the breeder?
7. Do you live in an environment that may be unsafe or unstable for a kitten?
8. Do you plan to keep the kitten outside, in a garage, basement, or separate building instead of inside the home with the family?
9. Do you plan to feed the kitten a diet that does not meet veterinary nutritional standards for cats?
10. Do you plan to leave the kitten alone for extended periods without regular daily human interaction?
